Shipping Info: We usually ship items on Fridays and in order to keep shipping costs down, our basic shipping is done via CTT Correio Azul. This shipping method does not offer tracking via the CTT website and does not have a specified international delivery period. Typical delivery times are 2-4 days for Portuguese orders and 2 weeks for international delivery, however, shipping to some countries may take longer.
Return Policy: We accept returns of most products for exchange or refund, less original shipping charge (if applicable), within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in new, unaltered, and unused condition. The original sales receipt must accompany your return. Refunds can only be credited to the original payment method.

We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
